For our simulation results, we used matlab SPICE model that can not only describe matlab programming basic memory skill of memristor, but even be capable of capture all of matlab programming four types of memristor switching behavior. The bipolar with forgetting effect is distinguishable by its memristance which raises and reduces by matlab various polarity voltage, but memristance can spontaneously cut back at matlab programming same time, inspite of no voltage utilized. The reversible bipolar and unipolar switching conduct , here matlab programming memristor will behave like matlab bipolar memristor before everything, but after matlab few iterations, it is going to turn to matlab unipolar memristor.
